Annual General Meeting: Wednesday July 23 at 18h
The meeting will be held at the Compound 161 Bexhill Road, just west of the junction of Filsham Road and Bulverhythe Road with Bexhill Road.
In fact there will be two meetings:
- The AGM of the Unincorporated Association of West St Leonards Neighbourhood Forum:
The agenda will be:
- Approval of the minutes of the last AGM
- Report on the year
- Financial report
- Agreement to dissolve the Association and transfer all the members and all assets to West St Leonards Neighbourhood Forum CIO
- The first General meeting of West St Leonards Neighbourhood Forum CIO:
The agenda will be:
- Election of the management committee (all the founding trustees will resign and there will be places for 12 people on the committee
- Report on present and future plans
The meeting will be open to anyone who wishes to attend but only full members will be allowed to vote. Residents and others who qualify for membership can sign up on line (go to the Join us tab) or at the meeting.
Following the meetings there will be refreshments and a chance for informal discussion about the future.
