About Us
We were approved by the Charity Commission as a CIO that is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, in February 2025 our constitution is here. Our charity registration number is 1212236.

Before registration the Forum operated as an unincorporated association, copies of the minutes of general meetings of the association are available by clicking on the links below.
At the General Meeting on July 22 2025 the unincorporated association was wound up and all its assets and members transferred to the new CIO. Details are in the minutes of the meeting below.
Under our constitution we have two groups of members:
1. Full members, who are residents or working in the area as well as local businesses and organisations
2. Associate members who are interested in contributing to the work of the forum
Anyone who wishes to be kept informed of the work of the Forum can be added to our mailing list.
